wear-resistant Excellent wear resistance among plastics; wear performance improves with higher molecular weight.
impact resistant The impact strength of UHMWPE is related to its molecular weight, peaking at approximately 2 million; as the molecular weight increases beyond this point, the impact strength may decrease.
self-lubricating Low friction coefficient with outstanding self-lubricating property, ideal for bearings and bushings.
corrosion resistant Resistant to most acids, alkalis, water and detergents, except concentrated nitric acid and sulfuric acid.
non-water-absorbing Extremely low water absorption, much less swelling than nylon.
low-temperature resistant It has a heat deflection temperature of 85°C, can be used at temperatures up to 90°C under light loads, and retains ductility at -269°C.

Application

UPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) offers excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact strength, and ease of processing, and is food-grade compliant. It is widely used for wear-resistant parts in conveying machinery, corrosion-resistant components for harsh environments, and shock-absorbing elements. It serves as a material for various mechanical components—such as worms, bushings, sliding plates, guide rails, guide plates, washers, trench covers, hopper liners, partitions, fender panels, temporary roadway mats, and can-turning devices—as well as other machined plastic parts.

Customized products can also be manufactured to meet specific environmental requirements by incorporating special additives, such as rubber-modified sheets, anti-static sheets, radiation-shielding sheets (containing rubber), and UV-resistant sheets.

Yes, we use 100% virgin PE1000 raw material; no recycled plastic is included.
2. Can you customize dimensions and thickness?
Yes, we accept customization for all sizes, thicknesses, and colors.
3. What are your MOQ and lead time?
The MOQ is one sheet. In-stock items ship within 3 days, while customized products ship within 7–10 days.
4. Do you provide test certificates?
We can provide material property reports; customers may also designate third-party laboratories, such as SGS, for testing.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
Price terms: EXW, FOB, CIF & CFR, DDP.
Payment terms: Generally 30% deposit and 70% balance via T/T.
