Outrigger Pads

Outrigger Pad, also known as crane outrigger pad or pump truck support pad. It is placed underneath the outriggers of cranes, concrete pump trucks, aerial ladder trucks and other heavy construction machinery.
During lifting work, the outriggers create massive concentrated load. The pad enlarges the contact area and disperses pressure, preventing outrigger sinking, ground collapse and vehicle tipping over to guarantee construction safety.
Material: Virgin UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)

Description

Outrigger pads are heavy-duty load-spreading plates placed under the outriggers of cranes, concrete pump trucks and heavy machinery. They distribute concentrated pressure over a larger ground area, prevent sinking and tipping during lifting operations. Our UHMWPE outrigger pads are lightweight, impact-resistant and non-corrosive.

FAQ

1.What are outrigger pads used for?
They are load-bearing support plates placed under crane and equipment outriggers to spread pressure and prevent sinking on soft ground.
2. What material are your outrigger pads made of?
We use high-performance UHMWPE. It features high impact resistance, low water absorption and long service life.
3. Can you customize the size and color?
Yes. Custom dimensions, thicknesses and colors are available to meet your project requirements. OEM & ODM orders are acceptable.
4. What are your payment terms?
We support T/T, L/C at sight. Normally 30% deposit before production, balance to be paid before shipment.
5. What is your lead time?
For standard items, lead time is 7–15 working days after receipt of your deposit. Customized orders will be confirmed separately.
6. Are they weather resistant and what is the max load capacity?
Yes. They resist UV, moisture and extreme temperatures, suitable for outdoor long-term use. The bearing capacity depends on size and thickness. We can provide load data according to your selection.
7. Do you provide samples for quality check?
Sample service is available. Sample cost and freight will be on buyer’s account, and sample charge can be deducted from bulk order.
