This product is made of UHMWPE sheet.  Custom dimensions and colors are available, with optional colors including white, blue, yellow, green and red.

Its construction cost is only 1/5 of a real ice rink. No refrigeration power consumption is required. It features easy maintenance and a much longer service life than real ice, usable all year round regardless of temperature.

Quick to install, it can be laid on ordinary indoor and outdoor ground. Suitable for skating and ice hockey training & competitions in stadiums, shopping malls, parks and homes.

Splicing Method: Two common types: dovetail groove splicing and slot splicing. The dovetail type features higher tensile strength, while the slot type delivers better installation flatness. You can select properly according to site requirements. Other splicing types can also be customized as per drawings.

Q1: What maintenance is needed?

A: Very low maintenance. Sweep or vacuum dust and debris regularly. For lubricated systems, top up lubricant as required. No freezing equipment needed, save power cost.

Q2: What material are your synthetic ice panels made of?

A: We use high-quality UHMWPE. It has low friction, high wear resistance, self-lubricating property, impact resistance and long service life. Special additives can be added for better sliding performance.

Q3: Do I need to use any lubricant on the synthetic ice surface?

A: Our upgraded synthetic ice works with or without lubricant. Using dedicated synthetic ice lubricant can get smoother skating experience and reduce blade wear. Many home rinks choose dry skating for easy maintenance.

Q4: Can we customize size, thickness, color and logo?

A: Yes. Custom panel dimensions, thickness, colors, edge designs and logo engraving/printing are supported. We can produce according to your rink layout drawings.

Q5: Is installation complicated?

A: Simple interlock system for quick assembly. Panels click together tightly. No special heavy equipment required. One team can finish installation quickly. It is also easy to disassemble and relocate.

Q6: Can synthetic ice panels be used outdoors?

A: Yes. We add anti-UV formula. The panels resist sun exposure and temperature changes. It won’t crack or deform under outdoor conditions. Indoor installation is also very popular.

Q7: How long is the service life?

A: Depends on skating frequency. Under normal use, UHMWPE synthetic ice panels can last 8–15 years. It wears much slower than ordinary plastic sheets.
