The turning mesh belt has a pitch of 25.4mm and a thickness of 13mm. The turning radius R is three times the width W of the mesh belt. The 7100 flat grid mesh belt has a long waist hole at one end of the module, which results in poor control of the pin shaft by the module. Therefore, when the mesh belt turns, the tension on the outer side is very high, and the tension on the inner side is zero. The standard diameter 5mm pin shaft material is PP, which can be replaced with a metal pin shaft to increase the tension of the mesh belt. |
