Description
The conveyor screw (also called bottle-separating screw or bottle-feeding spiral) is a core bottle-regulating component in automated packaging lines such as filling, labeling and bottle-washing. It is typically used together with a guide plate and an infeed star wheel.
Working Principle: The rotating screw uses its spiral groove to separate the bottles crowded together on the conveyor line one by one and transport them at a fixed spacing, feeding them in order into the star wheel. This ensures bottles enter the filling/labeling stations at precise, equally spaced intervals, solving the problems of bottle stacking and crowding. It is a key bottle-regulating component for continuous production lines. It is widely used in beverage, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and sauce production lines for both glass and plastic bottles.
