Definition

Function

Processing Technology
The high – temperature and high – pressure compression molding process is adopted. The raw materials are placed in a special mold. Under precisely controlled high – temperature and high – pressure conditions, the raw materials are closely integrated and formed into a board. After molding, the board is cooled through a professional cooling system to ensure the stability of its physical properties. Strictly in accordance with the requirements of the drawing, the cooled board is accurately cut to determine the size and specifications of the board. At the same time, for the holes and chamfers to be processed on the board, professional tools are used for fine operations.
