Nylon Chain Sprockets

Nylon sprockets are made of PA6 nylon by precision machining, boasting high precision and great fitting performance. Suitable for heavy-load conveying, they are robust, wear-resistant and self-lubricating with quiet running. Inner bore tolerance: ±0.1mm. Custom split-type sprockets are available. Perfectly paired with plastic chain plates for logistics, food and packaging conveyor lines.

1.What material are your sprockets made of?
Our sprockets are made of high-strength nylon (PA6/PA66), featuring low noise, wear resistance and self-lubrication.
2. Can you customize sprockets according to my drawings or samples?
Yes. We support OEM & ODM. We can produce custom sprockets based on your samples, CAD drawings or technical parameters.
3. What bore sizes and keyways are available?
We have standard bore sizes. The default keyway width is 8mm. Custom bore and keyway sizes are acceptable.
4. What is your MOQ?
For standard sprockets, small MOQ is available. For custom-made items, MOQ depends on your specifications.
5. How about the lead time?
Standard items can be shipped within 3–7 days. Custom orders normally take 15–25 working days.
